When you see people standing on the corner doing the heroin lean you know it is becoming a big problem. Ask the City of Baltimore, MD. They didn't set the tv show The Wire there for nothing.

close friend of mine is a EMT. he says that most of his drug related calls are due to heroin. he had some bad run ins with ppl who OD on the black tar heroin.

Anywhere people are using prescription opiates will eventually become a heroin area. It is much cheaper than Oxy and the like.

I have a friend that is a Fed narc agent. He said you would be amazed at the amount of middle to upper class white women using the stuff. Some end up high as a kite in some sketchy heroin houses.

It's funny that people are nonchalant about prescription pill use, but think heroin is so much worse. It's the same shite and does the same shite to your body.
