Are you seriously asking this question here? Have you looked at the bourbon thread? I don't think anyone would throw rocks at you if you asked if it is ok to drink 4 beers with lunch every day.

Depends on what kind of beer you're drinking. Cheap beer: alcoholic. Good beer: person with taste.

How many beers do you drink?
When I had to take a DUI class (charge was wreckless driving, bullshite charge FYI) and they taught us that actually having a beer while not binge drinking can be better for you than without. It was called the 1-2-3 method and was basically saying you could drink like 3 beers a day or something. Basically keeping your tolerance down

I drink IPA's as my pre-workout everyday baw, then follow that up with a stout protein shake.
