It'd be difficult for someone to be intentionally or accidentally harmed by fantasy football.

I just like the engineering behind them. Built my own ARs for this very reason.

Some people consider paintings art, I consider firearms art

It probably made the OP piss himself out of irrational fear of inanimate objects.

Yea. This kind of stuff. Do you want to have to use it? You took these pics before you read this topic right?

I have plenty if pictures of my firearms. What does that mean to you? And of course I use them a lot to shoot. Do I WANT to have to use them for killing a human being, hell no! However, if my life or my wife's is in danger you better believe I'll use it to protect us.

shite no, that's why I said it's useless. I mean, I would break it out...but not unless the shite had already been slung onto the walls.

No one ever said anything about being harmed. Some hobbies have more inherent risk than others. I know people who ride road bikes and could be harmed by riding them on the road. They are just as enthusiastic as said gun men you spoke of in OP.

I'm a little "weirded out" by the people who think its badass to go to Africa and pay hundreds of thousands of dollars to kill Lions and Elephants

Vaginas. Most of the gun enthusiasts I know aren't familiar with them.

It would also be difficult for someone to be harmed by a gun. They are much more likely to be harmed by a person with a gun.

That said, guns are made to be shot...

If you want to talk about a tool that kills people as an unintended consequence of using, lets start with cars.

it's terrifying you would compare it to a hobby like fantasy football. they're not illegal so it's w/e if you enjoy it as a hobby, but acknowledge your fascination with something that's only purpose is killing people, and occasionally animals.

Why, just because you don't understand it doesn't make it stupid or weird. Those hunts are vital to the conservation of animals over there and the revenue is huge for those areas. My father has done it multiple times.

I'm absolutely serious. A gun is nothing more than an object/tool.

Most unenlightened people fear what they don't understand.

It's denial to act like there isn't a fantasy about killing bad guys that lives in all gun owners/most men.
