nah, apparently when he was cremated, his band members from Outlawz took his ashes and mixed it with weed that they eventually all smoked together. Eta: not sure why the pic isn't working.

There's two lines in the song about "politics". One was aimed at a woman that tried to get gangster rap banned. The other was saying Clinton and Dole are too old. Neither is really political.
