At least they got decent photography. I look at a ton of homes like this with shite or iPhone photos.

So that house 20 miles from San Fran, is beautiful, is huge, in a great city with great schools, and is only 3.9 million? Seems like CA isnt as ridiculous as this board would make you think

I like it. Surrounded by trees, nice space, not super over the top.

I'm sure he's going to get some ridiculous mansion next though.

Nice place. Fairly modest for a star such as Curry

He's underpaid. 5th highest paid player on Warriors.

4mil seems dirt cheap.

Curry seems smart enough to not buy a 50 million dollar complex like some of these other celebrities tho

That's a nice house. Obviously expensive but doesn't "look" expensive if you get what I mean. Everything compliments the rest of the house and doesn't look over the top. Would definitely live there.

He will shortly. He only gets paid like 3MM due to bad ankles early in his career.

Eta: I'm way off he makes about 12mm LINK /

I never understood that, then again I've never had that much money

Especially athletes, you spend maybe 1/3 of your year at that house, and you're an injury away from being tits up on that house, and those massive complexes are nearly impossible to move because they are so much and so specific. The house in the OP is probably as big as I would want to have a house even if price was no object.

Yeah but his real money is coming from Under Armour and his other endorsement deals. The NBA contract is just his spending money.

lol false

He got 11.3 this year and 12.2 next year.

AFter that, obviously, he will get a max type deal.
