Insecticide for Roaches - What's the Best?

I'm uh, asking for a friend that has a roach problem. What's the best stuff to use to keep roaches at bay? I have quite a few crawling around in my garage at night. I have a pump sprayer that I could use for any concentrated stuff.

Sorry, meant to hit the up arrow. Talstar is amazing but DO NOT use it indoors. Spray the outside of your house and you'll have zero bugs.

If you have a spreader use Talstar granular with Verge in your lawn and flower beds and then Suspend in and around the house.

Just did this last weekend. Haven't even seen a bug on my porch since.
I don't see the need to spray anything inside. I really don't get why people do that... Bugs come from outside.

best things I have used are triazicide outside (flower beds and house foundation) and Bengal spray inside...both work wonderfully and are available at any lowes or home depot....
