Not sure why the manager was fired. Had this happen to a coworker while in college. Manager just helped the old man and rang the sale under my coworkers number.

I used to sell BMW’s and at least once every couple of months we’d get black customers that would come in and request a black salesperson.....It never happened the other way around.

Agreed I’m thinking the customer requested a different server because they couldn’t understand the original server or the original server was incompetent. Then the black host and the original black server get together and concoct fake racist story to cover for their incompetence.
