The manager didn't discriminate. The customer did.
Why did the manager get fired? Buncha spineless corporate cucks.
Olive Garden sucks balls, as does any restaurant owned by Darden's. They have managed to frick up Olive Garden, Red Lobster, and Cheddar's.
Just one more reason not to eat there.

I bet the manager gets a call from legal soon offering one hell of a severance package. If he can show that the corporate policy was "the customer is always right", he'll take them to the cleaners.
