How to use a gun and hit what you are shooting at. Should be at everyone's top of there list, more so these days.

Add basic math skills

I cannot believe the people that walk in my office and cannot manage basic math

Basic composition- most cannot put their thoughts on paper

Dependability
Punctuality

All basic skills that much of work force are missing

And they wonder why they did not get the job or promotion

I think I'm going to learn to build apps and use 3d modeling software this year. I had zero personal development in 2014.
