Improv Comedy

Other than the show "What's My Line?", have you ever seen any improv comedy that is actually funny? Just about every attempt I see at this is about as funny as cancer. Just saw a news story on a troupe around Nola that visits hospitals to entertain patients and make them laugh. They were just hard to watch. It was embarrassing. The few shots of patients showed expressions of "WTF is this?"

Go to a Second City show in Chicago. Watch a lot of major motion picture comedies where the dialogue is basically suggested and the actors improv most of it. Hell, go see The Family Dinner at the Manship Theater.
You obviously know jack shite about comedy and seem like someone I would avoid at a party

I went to Whole World Improv Theater in Atlanta and it was a 100% improv show. I never thought I could laugh so hard. My stomach was sore the next day.

Still haven't been but I've seen all the members perform elsewhere. They've got some pretty funny people in that group.

Remember when I was at LSU, got drug by a gf to an improv show and it was absolutely brutal. If you don't laugh at all at anything they do while stoned you know it's stupid.
