I offered a professor 6k in cash for one of those on campus and was told to "f off".

I waited by her car for like five hours with a wad of cash in my boot thinking it was gonna be a sure thing.

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't a fan of them. The biggest problem with them is that body design was well ahead of it's time in 1999.

Yeah, I was behind one a week or two ago on the highway and was surprised how it really didn't appear to look all that dated. I remember really liking them as a kid.

Those things were offroad beasts IIRC they had like a 240 hp V6 which was a lot back then for a small suv
