You're young, have no kids or real responsibility. Enjoy for now.

Your boy Pecker has a philosophy when it comes to this. If you're unfit to be single on the open market, then you're unfit to be in a relationship. There's a psychological aspect to this of course. There's also the more obvious physical aspect.

What's the first thing a lot of dudes do when they unfortunately find themselves single after a broken relationship? They hit the gym. They eat better. They start dressing better. Working to increase their market value. Working to make themselves a better version of what they were at the end of the relationship. Why is that? Why wait for everything to go south before being better?

I stay ready to hit the open market, not because I think I'll ever be on it again, but because if I'm physically and psychologically healthy enough to be alone in the wild and thrive, then I'm where I need to be in the relationship. I'm working on my market value for me, because I want to be better. I want to be someone that I would want to be with and have sex with. And I am.

The game ain't fair, bros. But remember that no one can love you more than you love you.

It's not for everybody, just for the "Dadbod is Radbod" crew. It helps if you actually look like you're probably someone's Dad. I do/am.

My guess is you'd find some dicks to suck pretty quick since you're a closet homo.

This is actually wise advice. However, one excuse a lot of people in relationships use for why they don't work out and improve themselves is that they're spending all of that time with their SO. Typically, single men have a lot more free time on their hands and a lot less responsibility. Thus, more time to dedicate to self improvement.

With that said, still wise advice.

I wonder if there is almost a self-fulfilling prophesy that goes along with when someone in a relationship believes that they would struggle on the open market. I wonder if this belief actually causes them to struggle in their relationship, resulting in them being dumped back onto said open market?
