I know. I used to be suspicious of crown vics. Now it's Tahoes and Explorers.

I had a Tahoe when I left patrol. It was the tits.
My favorite was a slick-top Crown Vic, though. The parking brake had no ratchet so I could black out and creep through parking lots feathering that parking brake.
No visible light bar + no brake lights = fun. Catch people fricking, slinging dope, breaking into cars...
