I have the entire series of five Death Wish movies. I saw DW I at the theater and it had the entire audience standing up and cheering. Don't mess with Paul Kersey.

Maybe 25 years ago before the internet, camera phones, security cameras on every corner, or the NSA watching everyone.

A small motivated group with the appropriate skill sets could get away with this for a very long time.

Justice system is lazy, just like our society.

The government would try to stop them and put them in jail, because they know they could be next, the biggest criminals out there are the ones in DC.
