I love breakfast. I was just answering his question.

I do notice that when I eat breakfast I get hungrier, sooner, than if I skip it.

Breakfast is an invention of the Post company in order to sell kids cereal. Prior to 1928 nobody ate in the mornings. Quit being a sucker.

same here...

if I skip breakfast, I am pretty much ok until lunch...if I eat something, I am absolutely starving by lunch time.

Sometimes I walk six miles each way to return an overdue library book.

You should eat something regardless. Even if it's something small. Like others said, gets your metabolism going and burns more calories, not to mention consistent energy until lunch

Everyone is different, find what works for you. Im never hungry in the morning either and can't stand the thought of some big arse greasy breakfast. A croissant and a coffee is all I need/want. Gets everything going and I poop an hour later. Hungry by lunch time.


I get all out of sorts if I skip.

For you, there's probably enough leftover semen in your stomach, that you'll have enough protein to make it through the morning.

Cowboy breakfast: coffee and cigarettes.

I've never tried it but apparently the intermittent fasting diet is very effective. You basically only eat in an 8 hour window each day, and fast the rest. For example eat all food between noon and 8 pm, and don't eat shite from 8 pm until noon the next day.

Intermittent Fasting....LSU777 has a very informative post on it..

I've done it for a while now....Feeding window 12 pm - 8 pm everyday....Nothing but water and black coffee during Fast, but you're sleeping through most of it

Yall are some dumbasses with the whole it gets your metabolism going. Anybody got any proof of that? I can sight dozens of studies that day otherwise.

Breakfast is not any more important than any other meal. In fact being in a frayed state for longer periods had amazing health benifits including great benifits on body comp. Like jizzamo said search my old post or goto the f&d board and read the links in the sticky
