I know several people who did this diet with great results. And kept the weight off after they were finished. But like others said, search online for the schedule or ask someone who did it what they did and just follow that routine.

It's more a matter of eating the right foods, and getting your body the macronutrients and vitamins it needs.

Do a ketogenic diet instead. Don't spend money on products or consulting fees. Save that money for steaks. See /r/keto
