I have a friend i grew up with who would do this. He said he wanted his milk really cold.

Only if I don't have time to put it in the freezer first. And then not much ice. But I want my milk as cold as possible.

I love ice in my milk and I have put an ice cube or two in my cereal to make the milk colder. ( For those who are going "WTF", I don't eat the dang ice cubes in the cereal).
