Either congrats on losing the weight or PUT DOWN THE FORK!

Depends on how much weight you've lost. May just need to buy new suits.

But I have gone to Ann's Tailor & Alterations before and been very pleased, though she is difficult as hell to understand and you need to be sure to inquire about costs up front.

ETA: sorry biglego, I got you mixed up with another poster.

I'm an idiot. Kudos to you.

I was skeptical of the Asian women when it comes to men's suits but they seem to have the market cornered.

There is a good place just outside the heights (oak forest) named Chris' Alteration.

Great, thx. I'll try them out. Tried to go to Memorial Tailors but they were so ridiculously busy I left after waiting 45 mins.

I love when he talks down to people about eating habits.

Depending in how much weight you lost, you may be out of luck. I lost about 20 lbs and the tailor laughed at me trying to get my suits altered. Nothing he could do about them

It looks pretty geeky tightening that belt to the last notch and having the pants bunch up.

TBH, I didn't lose weight. But a subject as boring as tailors won't get any clicks unless I invite some fat shaming. I'm skinny and my suits are too baggy.

I've had a suit altered by the Asian place on Mason across from Kroger by Westheimer Pkwy. Same shopping center as Outfitters and the empanada place.
