I think there should be 2 prices for planes, trains and buses

one price should be for you have the right to sue. this would be higher rate.
one price should be for you giving up your right to sue. this would be lower rate.
As usual things sound better in my head.
But I would love to have dirt cheap tickets because I have never sued anyone and wouldn't sue if my train derailed.

I'm not very litigious, but if you were a passenger on that train and didn't sue you are a moron.

my wife is like the 9-11 world trade center wives who loved that they got big payouts because they didn't like their husbands anyway. since she feels that way about me I could care less what she gets.

I figured you were going to say a price for regular size people and a price for the fatties who take up multiple seat areas with their blubber hanging over the armrests.
