How does one tactfully tell a girl that her wild and unkept 70s bush disgusts me and makes me not attracted to her without hurting her feelings?

FWIW - Strictly as an effort to further the finer uses of the English language and not as a criticism, the best word use would be "Unkempt". "Unkept" usually refers to an object like a yard as opposed to the appearance of a person. That being said, if you consider her lady parts an object as opposed to part of her person, then go ahead with your bad self. Carry on sir.

Don't go down on her. When she asks you why, don't give her a reason. She will eventually ask if her bush is why, say something that hints that it could be part of the reason, but deny it. She will get the hint.
