re: I have $300-$400 to spend (golf clubs)

I bought a set of old Ping i3 O-Size irons off craiglist last year for $80 (online they are about double that price, got 3-PW) haha They are in really great shape, and are often regarded as some of Pings better irons. Early model Pings are great clubs all around and buying a used set in good shape is not a bad play at all. Plus it leaves you some money to buy an additional club or two or three that you might have your eye on, that driver.
