Human-like footprints found in Crete are older than feet

So when did we evolve?

And that step in evolution wasn’t believed to have taken place until some 4 million years ago.

Thats why i have a hard time with religion.
We've been on this planet for millions of years along with dinosaurs and other creatures, yet my savior walked this earth only 2000 years ago?
Where did all those people go when they died?

This stuff always makes me call into question how accurate the carbon-dating is. How do we KNOW with 100% accuracy that it is correct?

I said it before. I'll say it again. The erosion on the sphinx is typical of what you would see from water. The last time that area was under water was some 42k years before it was supposed to have been carved.

Then maybe the "out of Africa" theory isn't entirely true, and and different species of humans developed independently of one another.

On a geologic timescale, this doesn't sound all that far off.

Because that's when Climate Change began, duh!
Without SUV's carbon dating would be inaccurate, but since we measure the output of exhaust pipes there's scientific consensus!!!
