It's entirely plausible she's dumb and doesn't appreciate what she said.

Normally I'm live and let live, but it shows bad judgement on the part of the coach.

When one is dribbling do all 9 others just circle around? Haha, I remember going to watch my little sister when she played at that age, it was brutal to watch.

id probably laugh and MAYBE talk to the coach (while laughing) to make her aware of the "issue" because it is pretty clear this is an innocent mistake.

My daughter's team won 6-5 if that tells you anything.

Honestly I'd probably chuckle because it's pretty easy to forecast the shite-storm that's gonna be coming from some of the more uptight parents on the team.

what is the point of the OP? to get all riled up and super sensitive about a generic use of a phrase. Maybe its his own buried demented mentality that has him in the uproar in the first place bc his own mind is now focused on cherry popping of little girls. How about this everyone, get the frick off of facebook. There. Boom.

Those 6-7 year olds aren't reading that on FB. Not a fan, but not worth causing a fuss.

Appears to me she didn't really think of where the phrase comes from and what it implies. I would call that an innocent mistake.
