How to stop a stalker...?

I am tormented by a follower. Heavy knocks at my door interrupt what little time I have to watch Netflix. It's my stalker. Their knocks have a distinct 3-peat. They do this a couple times and leave. They come to my house before texting me, not letting me know they are coming. I wake up and see his face in my window and in my dreams. Sweat pours down my face as I wonder if he is watching, planning, or coming.
