How to best search for very specific vehicles

I am looking for an F150 with very specific specs. What is the best way to search that allows you to filter with details amd search the whole country.

Try Autotrader. Use the filter and the key word search.

Get a really good pair of walking shoes and start in Maine at Ford dealerships.

Autotempest is your best bet. They aggregate a few sites into one search. Others they will provide a link to search - some will include all filters and some will require you to reinput certain things. Still saves a ton of time

Ford truck message boards may have some vin ranges or data plate info to look for.

Best way to sort, but you have some leg work to do with their result. Very chaotic how they rank them.
