I believe if, when you change your sheets, you think, "Ahh, clean sheets feel great!" you may need to change them a little sooner.

Once a week, two weeks at the most. Your body excretes waste through your skin, and dead cells are constantly falling off. There is also the problem of dust mites, which some people are allergic to.

I told my butler that I expect a fresh set of sheets every day. When I say "fresh" I mean new and never used. They take it from the packaging, iron it to get the wrinkles out, and make the bed like professionals.

My great uncle legit made his wife change their sheets every 2 days, even on vacation at their cabin. But I guess when she is a stay at home mom, and he is worth in the neighborhood of $75 million in total assets, you can get away with demanding that of your wife.

Just always seemed excessive to me.

Shower every night and every morning. Wash my sheets once monthly. Unless I go out and get drunk and smell like alcohol and get in bed

Oh, we only use towels once too. I could see letting the sheets go longer, but reusing towels are nasty.

Do you use soap?

When I can't smell the fabric softener anymore. So about once a week. Unless one of us is sick , then it's everyday until sickness is gone.

You dry your arse crack , balls , pits with said towels? I don't care if you just cleaned all three in the shower or not , I'm not using a towel a second time knowing the first one was in my add crack , ball sack , and arm pits. I can afford to use clean towels for every shower.

Have a fukkkkin downvote. If I could give you multiple I would. Are you an adolescent child? I sure hope so, because no adult should be even asking this question! A quick skim through this thread shows that a lot of people need their personal hygiene regimens questioned. Y'all are some Durrtttyy SOB's!!!
