At LSU? That was mostly due to contraflow and the impossibility of anyone driving on campus. I think the pickup locations were a good idea, but yeah.. I told you that day I wasn't dealing with that BS.

Starting up when students weren't really around to hear all the hoopla probably somewhat factors into this.

I went 6 miles and it was $58. It was x2.75. No warning beforehand either.

Screw that.

Eta maybe there was a warning. I was drunk though but I know at least it wasn't a good warning

Give me a break, man. You have to physically agree to the surge pricing before an Uber will come for you. I'm pretty sure you get warned multiple times before you can actually request a car.
