Stick with PTI. You'll be glad you did when you get older.
How so? I think I got 3 in undergrad. Didn't inhibit my career in any way. No one gives a shite when you get older.

If you're already in PTI, stick with it. A good attorney can wipe that shite out quick.

I start pulling out and the fricking loser arse ABC people or whatever they're called get us all out and issue us MIP's. Including me. I had no alcohol.

Do you not understand what Minor in Possession means?

I got an MIP when I was 20. Nobody gives a shite about it just do the classes and be smarter about drinking.

Will the court allow you to do deferred? If so do so. IF you can stay out of trouble for 6 months your record will be cleared.

I got 3 MIPs back in the day. It almost kept me from getting a job in my mid twenties. I had to debate with the HR lady on why it's not that bad and she should hire me.

Any time you can do something to keep your public record clean, you should. IMO

I've never understood the mentality of the cops who give an MIP to the DD. You're essentially disciplining the good guy.

Either way, you definitely need to do everything you can to try and keep it off your record. You'll be thankful later.

shite stays with you a long arse time, can keep you from getting a job.

I don't think I have ever seen it keep anyone from getting job. Granted when I was under 21 these things were like seatbelt tickets and it was 100 bucks a pop and no one bothered to do more than pay them.

I would be shocked if a company wouldn't want to hire me because of an MIP.
