It still cracks me up that a message board where most of the people are from freaking Lousiana is so obsessed with calling things trashy. Just a heads up to those of you who don't yet know, to virtually the entire world, just the fact of where you're from make you trash in their eyes. And I know I'm from Alabama and they think the same about us. But I'm not the one trying to act like my shite don't stink.

Just doing what I can to help. And just so there's no misunderstanding, I don't personally think everyone from LA is trash. I just find it funny so many on here are so obsessed with thinking this or that is trashy.

It is more revealing that money is equated to nice meals and that the participants in this thread equate casino buffets as the pinnacle of the buffet world.

I can't remember the last time I was at a buffet. I used to like Oki Nago and there was one in BR on Sherwood that was good.
I ate at a Golden Corral once and got sick and never went back.
I was never a fan of Pancho style buffets either. So I am only really familiar with Asian buffets.

Best Buffet I've had was at the Hotel Talisi in Tallassee,AL near Lake Martin.
I think it's been torn down.I lived in that area for 15 years.What a feast.Nom,nom,nom.....

I can go to Oriental pearl and get enough for 2-3 meals of awesome to go food for under 10 bucks.

That lunch buffet at curry n kabab in Baton rouge is the best. I don't care if it makes me trashy. It's delicious.
