I know alot of genuine people.
If you mean true to themselves.
Most are assholes, but they aren't willing to conform who they are to get people to like them.
If you mean truly nice and considerate....
I know several of this type as well.
They are usually people pleasers and push-overs, but they really want acceptance and want to make other people happy. So, it's hard not to like them.
If you mean both.... it's very rare. I know one.
If you mean true to themselves.

Well that's not true. I dont not like black because they are black. That's racist. Let's look at that Mark Cuban media spectacle a few wks ago where he made the sidewalk comments. If you saw a group skin heads with tatted sleeves walking on towards you on your side of the sidewalk, would you not have the urge to cross the street? What about some black males with hoodies pants down to their knees and their asses hanging out? Would you not feel the urge to pull your woman close to you as you pass them by? Now what about a clean shaven man in a business suit walking towards you talking on his cell phone with a briefcase in hand or a little old lady on a motorized cart ("hey, although slow and dangerous behind the wheel, senior citizens can still serve a purpose"...)? You pre-judged the group of black guys with sagging pants and the skin head because theyre perceived as a threat because the past has taught us that people that fall into those demographics have a higher percentage of being violent individuals. Now, if a clean shaven black man in a business suit is walking towards you talking on a cell phone with a briefcase in hand and you have the same urge to walk to the other side of the street simply because the guy is black, you are racist.

I can be. Im sure Im hard to get along with sometimes. I simply dont trust people. I am also genuine and have the respect and love of my close friends and family and I give it back ten-fold.

All of that is fine and dandy but it has nothing to do with your original "democrats" comment. On a side note, I don't cross the street or hold my wife's hand harder because somebody looks different than me.
