When my friend and I kids had swim practice, we would head there for a drink. Bartender knew everyone by name, and knew what they drank. IIRC, the even stocked beer based on their customers preferences. My kind of place.

They now go to Top Notch or Tiger Tavern

Also Fisherman's Wharf is similar, really just an ice chest they keep beer in and sell cheap

Can you really call yourself a certified AP Baw if you don't hang out at Moms on 42?

Real baws go to Bayou Bar, and at 8am.

Cottage got overrun by the richers from The Hollows at Dutchtown.

That's her daughter, Natasha, who runs the Vineyard on Coursey.

Me and my best baw went there once. Sitting at the bar some rando dude comes up and is like “you neeed to have you another one”.

My best baw goes “man I gatta work in the morning”

Rando dude says “Oh so you don’t think I work! Ima beat your arse.”

Best baw stands up “You ain’t gonna make it to work if you don’t sit your pussy arse down and calm the frick down”

The quickest crawfish I ever seen.

So I only remember the cottage as that place I’m glad I didn’t have to get in a fight.

So it’s memorable I guess.

No love for The Corner Bar, Weber City Bar, or Coops. What's the one on Airline across from the tire place, literally just someone's house.
