It is bullshite, since the OP hasn't responded to me, I decided to do my own research. The guy, Gary Wilson, and his wife make money off selling this crap in the form of books and he has given some kind of TEDx talk. He has been ripped apart online and has no credibility. File this in the garbage bin.
APA doesn't recognize porn as a legitimate addiction, it is normally a secondary to other issues.

Not addicted, don't watch it very often, but I do visit gonewild on Reddit rather frequently.

I think another no fap war started just yesterday on reddit if anyone needs to test their resolve/control/grasp on the situation.
If you aren't addicted, no harm or trouble in joining the no-fap war for just 30 days.
My guess is most people initially don't see any issue with it until they start reading articles and posts by others and realize the amount of time they spend with it and the effects of it over time.
The real trouble, imho, are the single folks that use it as a crutch for not having or establishing an actual relationship with someone.

The no fap thing is good for people who struggle meeting girls (or guys). I think that's the point of it all. I'm in a relationship so I don't need to do that.
