Our current Dodge dually has over 300k and is less than 5yr old out. Our Peterbuilt has roughly 700k, they will last as long as you take care of them, I would think the motor on the truck you're looking at has a lot of life left, the transmission however could be another story especially if it's an automatic.
More info on the truck?? What brand, what brand motor, auto/manual , dually rear drive?

If maintained properly and not over-worked (designed to pull 20K lb loads but used for consistently for 40K lb loads) then there is no reason it can't go 500K +. Like one of the other guys said, check the other parts of the truck like suspension and transmission. They tend to go before the engine.
