1. 99% of slut shaming comes from other women
2. .5% comes from guys, and they're mostly shaming their daughters for irresponsible behavior or their (soon to be) ex-gf's for cheating on them
3. .5% comes from lawyers defending accused rapists
4. Guys love sluts. LOVE them as long as those sluts are monogamous with them when they are with the aforementioned sluts
5. There's nothing wrong with enjoying sex and seeking it out, but there is something wrong with engaging in patently unsafe behavior like having unprotected sex with lots of anonymous partners or going out and getting belligerently drunk by one's self.
6. Most women who actively accuse someone of engaging in "slut shaming" are doing so in order to discredit that person's legitimate argument that maybe they shouldn't be so reckless.

It blows my mind that people actually watch these shows on TV. It's absolute trash. To each their own though.

No one thinks they are watching EMMY award winning television. You watch for entertainment purposes only. The show is good for meltdowns, drama and travel ideas.

Exactly. These guys are forgetting the threads that pop up about how many sex partners people had before they dated.
In those threads there are always guys saying they wouldn't seriously date a girl that had several sex partners. Ok to have a one night stand with...but not seriously date. That is slut shaming right there.

Of course, there is statistical evidence supporting the proposition that marriage success rate is negatively correlated to the amount of pre-marital sex partners the woman has had. Maybe guys are responding logically.

The issue is never the actual sexual activity, it is the likelihood that once one goes above a certain number that there is an increased probability that some of those sexual experienced overlapped monogamous relationships. Guys love serial monogamous relationships, but still abhor cheating. It's ok if a woman has lots of sex as long as they are honest about what they're doing and never cheating on anyone. Once a woman has reached a sliding threshold of partners (every man has their own threshold and it generally increases based on the age of the woman in question), the greater the likelihood of an increased proclivity for unfaithfulness.
It's not how many dicks, it's when, where, how, and why.

I dated a girl and was #50 for her. She kept a record of them all. Didn't matter to me because it was still tight, and she was dynamite in the bedroom/kitchen/living room/bathroom/porch/car/etc. Best sex I've ever had. I had no room to say anything, because I was just as promiscuous, if not more.
If you lay the pipe good enough, they won't cheat. In the case of the aforementioned chick, she didn't even have time to cheat because we were having sex between 4 and 10 times a day, every day.
