So this chick on the Bachelorette jumping into the sack with one of her suiters right after she met him. Twitter war triggered. She says people should stop slut shaming, that women are allowed to enjoy sex just as much as guys. Then I get told by a coworker that slut shaming is the next misogynistic practice to be eliminated.

Is slut shaming a thing? Will women who sleep around ever feel comfortable enough to do so openly? Would that be a good thing?

Thing was....she had been texting/messaging that guy way before the show started airing. They never met until on the show though. So it's not like the guy was a total stranger to her. And.....the show can be misleading on timelines. What looks like the next day...could actually have been a week that has passed.

Meaning it's possible she hooked up with the guy a few weeks after meeting him(and months after chatting with him online/via texts).

Wait! It's ok to go on TV and choose your mate from a group that filled out applications in a period of a few weeks, but its not ok to frick one?

When you post about chugging cock in an Applebee's parking lot then you may feel some wrath from both sides of the gender fence.

Especially when posting in a place where you've banged some posters.

Don't think you live in a bubble.

Becca (Hester's sister in law) lied and said she wanted 5 kids.

At least Kaitlyn tells the truth, unlike the liar Becca.

In my time on this Earth, I've learned an important fact:

Women are more brutal towards each other than any man.

94.3% of slut shaming comes from women (+/- 3.9%)

I hear a lot more women freak out about other women's sexual habits than anything else.

And to answer the OP, slut shaming is as old as religion.

I mean, it's a given/well known that the Bachelor/Bachelorette sleeps with the 3 final contestants when they enter the "fantasy suite" part of the show.

I guess there is an uproar because she slept with one of them while there were still a good number of contestants left?

People assume men slut shame most of the time but women are far more brutal towards "sluts" than men are.
