How hard is it to get into LSU Engineering Grad School (for Non-Engineers)

For a physics, chemistry, math, etc. majors who want a more applied MS, how hard is it for them to get in.
In case your wondering, I am asking this more as an aside to the "how hard is it to get into med school" thread posted earlier.
I always wondered what my chances were of getting accepted into LSU Engineering, so I just wanted to see if anyone had that experience.
(For the record, other than science majors, I dont see why anyone with a BS engineering goes for a advanced degree in Engineering, it only has supplemental benefits and most jobs hire BS regularly)
ETA: No, I dont plan on leaving SU.

My guess is it's harder than getting into SU.
Hope that helps.

Not very, but why would you waste your life in a career field like engineering?

If someone had to sit by Volod for an hour on a plane trip and listen to her fretting over SU, HBCU, LaTech, LSU, etc....:

The engineering colleges have their own admissions officers. It's on a case by case basis...go see.
