re: How do you separate laundry?

I separate it by the clothes I wash and the clothes my wife washes. My pile doesn’t have any clothes in it.

Colors and whites together in cold water and lesser amount of soap.

Heavy stuff like jeans and sweats in a separate wash in cold water and normal amount of soap.

Towels and sheets together in warm water and a bit more soap.

We don’t have many whites, only a few t-shirts.

1. towels, rags, hand towels
2. jeans and pants
3. wives work shirts and a couple of mine that we don't want beat up
4. everything else.

I got married so I didn’t have to do laundry

I wash my hunting clothes and that’s about it.

She’s not allowed to even touch my hunting clothes just like I’m not allowed to wash her clothes and underwear, but she wears scrubs everyday that’s about all I’m allowed to wash

Except for base layer, I wash hunting clothes once a year after the season
