Did all of the stores in Juban Crossing flood?

I waited 30 years to get a movie theatre, a kick arse one too. I knew it was too good to be true.

Cap is 500k for a commercial structure. Developer most likely had flood on the structure and tenants had the same on the our contents.

I think the structures will be fine and not need to be torn down. Don't get me wrong, everything will be gutted though. Half of New Orleans got 11 feet, and most structures were repaired, not demolished.

There is a video on FB showing the inside damage done to Rouses by the flooding.

Yea the guy shows the water line as being to the top of the hot food buffet. Thats like 6+ feet.

The Caterie said they were going to open too after the fire. I'm still waiting.

No. They'll gut what they need to inside and fix it. I would imagine all the businesses will be back. If not, something else just as good or better will replace them.

Of course they did, the developer had to bring in a complete shite ton of dirt to build it up...that land was basically a swamp before he did that
