If I had to pick a place to live in "Houma" I'd pick somewhere up bayou black/Southdown Mandalay. Nice area, st charles is growing, relatively easy access to the east side via dularge bridge or MLK via savanne.

Of course it's not a good location for someone that works on bayou blue.

Thibodaux would be my selection for anywhere north of the Houma nav.

yea i live on southdown mandalay/ bayou black road. its nice out that way.

The 5 days of the year that the Houma Nav bridge is operational.

I'm from there, and Houma to me is a not bad but not great place. Lots of single moms that smoke.

And jmarto, Houma Hooters is definitely better than Houma TP. Visited ya'll this past weekend.
