Houston to BR?

It appears that 10 is flooded in Beaumont. Can I go south and back up to 10? Need to get from Corpus to BR and it appears to be only obstacle.

Might be able to go 10 to 69 in Beaumont back to 10.

You can get on 73 in Winnie and catch 82 down through Sabine pass and come back up 27 to hop back on I-10.
