i tried to drive from allen parkway/waugh to the energy corridor...couldn't get thru memorial. buffalo bayou was basically touching the shep bridge.

Made it in from Katy/Fulshear to Copperfield.
Buffalo Bayou was high but looked like it has gone down about 4 feet already.

Montrose/Studemont bridge southbound was closed. Took Washington towards downtown and got on 59 south at the spur. Only backup on the way to sugar land was at 610 and the beltway.

I drove 99 to I-10 to work like I usually do this morning. Fastest I have ever gotten to work with schools being closed and people staying home. Normally an hour's drive was only 30 minutes.
