There isn’t enough rich Chinese people to control the US housing market. It’s the big banks making sure you won’t own shite and be happy

Housing market is not good at all, definitely cooled off if you are a seller. Houses that would have been sold in days for $25k more than their current listing are on the market for months.

People needing a home are being out-bid by black rock, the largest company in the world who owns 30% or more of every important company in America.

Now for some reason they have decided to buy up small town america and grab every home they can get their hands on.

Average Joe is selling out to them because he makes a little more and can’t see the picture.

CNBC article discussing how they are buying homes then renting them out

1.85 went over to 1.95 with all things waived which is insane. Cash buyer from China, this should be illegal stealing from Americans

Actually what many said was owning a home is not a right. I’m sure some idiots said if you can’t afford a home you’re poor, but they are the exception not the rule.

I’m sure you make the amount of money you claim to make. I have no reason to believe you are lying. But goddamn you are proof that stupid people can still thrive in this world.

I don’t care if you call me stupid that just means America is truly the land of opportunity for all people.

The issue is Chinese investors taking our homes. We should be in this together
