Stayed at Club Quarters for Wisconsin game a couple years ago. Room was small, but cheap. Lots of bars (Flying Saucer draft selection and build your own pizza) and Minute Maid within walking distance.

Stayed at Club Quarters last week, not a bad walk and it's a nice place. Was a Thursday night but I got it for $89.
