You should go on a cruise and get an expensive room. You get to see a bunch of islands instead of just one, you can be as secluded or involved as you want, and it's as close to "all-inclusive" as you can get without being at one of those franchise resorts.

You are still stuck on a boat at mercy of the schedule of the ship. You can't be spontaneous and do what you want. And you are only in each port for x amount of hours so you don't even get to really explore where you are at. Just doesn't seem like an ideal honeymoon for most. Plus...you still are stuck on a ship with others(including children running around). Only seclusion would be staying in your room while you are at sea.

I'm in Red Hook waiting for the ferry to Cruz Bay as I type.

I'll be on Peter Island beginning on Saturday and will report back about it. I expect it to be excellent as the reviews are stellar.

TCI is also a great suggestion. There are a few resorts in the BVI that fit the OP criteria to a t.

St. John.

We stayed at the Westin, but there are houses for rent. All the nice beaches are public, it's not over commercialized, you can plan day trips to BVI. There's only two resorts and the food is good!

Or the electricity goes out on most of the ship and the ship runs out of most of the food and the bathrooms don't work.

Nothing says romantic honeymoon than pooping in buckets side by side.
