For me, I wouldn't pay extra since I don't have a fear of needles and the shot doesn't bother me.
For my kid, I'd pay another $20-30 since she's scared to death of getting shots. If it costs more than that, she's getting the shot.

It probably will have a 2 year expiration. Surely someone will want it. Just order one kit and go from there.

My dentist gives me a shot I don't feel shite. So I'm fine with the shot.

What does expensive mean to you? Are you good at promoting premium products in your practice and how has your patient population responded? People will pay extra for what they perceive is premium care.

how much additional would you be willing to pay for dental treatment on upper front teeth
Your market will absolutely be parents who don't like to see their kids cry. And does this juice not work on lower teeth?

I agree. Our little one did not approve of the lidocaine shot when he had a tenacious baby tooth pulled. If the product really works it will become popular in pediatric dentistry.

I can't say at this point without trying it.
However, I will say that my oral surgeon uses a 2-shot system. He does an initial injection with a needle he says that plastic surgeons use. The initial medication is one he says he has to mix and use right away (shelf life is zero minutes, basically) - and he then uses what everybody uses behind that.
The combination is - essentially - perfect in that 2 wisdom tooth extractions (not impacted, not complicated, just regular molar extractions), another molar extraction and a titanium implant all hurt less than another oral surgeon's injections - about as painful as donating blood. He says he cannot get general dentists to use it because of the no shelf life medicine (expense). For THAT combo, I would pay an extra $50 to $75 for routine dental work.

I wouldn't pay extra but I've never had an issue with needles.

Wait is it cocaine-based? Now that might be something to consider for your business model.

I'm not paying extra for your nasal drug unless is comes in white, powdery lines.

Sounds like what my ENT used to numb my airway to run a scope down my nose to look at the back of my throat. Both times my upper jaw was numb for hours. Shots don't bother me so I wouldn't pay extra, but I can see some that would. How much probably depends on the extent of dental work. A little drill and fill I wouldn't worry with it, but if we're talking extractions, root canals, wisdom teeth, I could see a use for it.

No, it's just tetracaine and oxymetazolone. It's similar snorting a combination of Afrin and an Ambesol (benzocaine) type product.

cocaine has a similar effect and its not that expensive

When I was a pharmacy technician at OLOL we had cocaine in stock. It is a useful medication.
