This story has pretty much been dead in the water, including he search for the second suspect. I guess homeboy in Florida still isn't talking..

I speculate that something on the property across burbank may have spawned rumors. But that killer could have had a meth lab, drums of blow, or small crop of weed on all that land and not have a thing to do with the victims.
The fact he and Seal were friends in the 50s and 60s were also tossed in for good gossip.
