The guy in the tiger stadium picture with her on her FB is the guy that came back to the scene with her after driver ran away to get them..
He and the dad almost got into it when the dad pointed out that he sees the guy leaving with beer and would inform the cops. The girl had to keep distance between them when dude in pic mouthed off. That dude was only like 5 foot 8 or so. The dad was bigger.

easy to say if you weren't in the wreck. he was probably hurting from the impact, in shock and his kid owwas clearly seriously hurt. I wouldnt leave my hurt kid to chase down an ahole that was not posing an immediate threat.

Dad was mainly tending to his family.
This guy was not the driver that hit him, just the friend that came to scene after the fact.
Edit- the child was examined on scene by paramedics and released. Did not leave in ambulance or anything.

All three of them should have their asses thrown under the jail and the one who was driving should do 10 years in prison. they are all in teh same boat as far as I'm concerned.
