I'd rather not go down that road, I'd just show my ID and be on my way. They shouldn't write laws then instruct officers to act in a different manner. It's a setup for the citizen and the officer.

Video guy should have confirmed that officer is requesting to see permit and then reach for his wallet very fest.

Once again, I said I support his right to do it, but I'm not defending it like you are. He was an a-hole looking to make a scene and he did exactly that. This isn't doing bun owners any favors.
