I have a friend who is a girl who told me how she has been date raped a few months ago. She told me today how she has ptsd and and was raped in college. How should I go about helping her out.
Also what should I do if I am developing feelings for this girl?

She's probably nuts and making rape stories up for sympathy. If your story is real then I would run the other direction.

Just being able to talk about it seemed to help my friend. I honestly didn't know what I could actually do to help her. Being raped by some piece of shite has got to be a horrifying experience. She told me just talking was good because no one knew besides her parents and I.

It's good you're standing by her, but unless you have a counseling degree, this is over your head. Encourage her to get professional help.
