I just put this together to do with the wife. Help me design a few more circuits so I can rotate.

Circuit 1:
15 burpees
25 mountain climbers
60 sec plank
25 push ups
50 squats

Circuit 2:
20 curls
20 shoulder press
25 lunge
30 sec side plant (both sides)
60 sec bridge

We have a few sets of dumbells and a bench. Thats about it for equipment.

I want to build a pullup bar somewhere in my garage, but for right now will have to leave those off.

is this a subtle hint at telling your wife she needs to get back into shape?

20 One leg ups
15 Pelvic thrust
10 Samurai bows
5 twerks
1 cheek clinch

You should be set for hip flexors and gluts with that.

Invest in a couple kettle bells and just find a routine you like on youtube

I'm doing Arms tonight. If the ground shakes, don't worry. It will only last an hour.

Do you have exposed beams in the garage? I just built my own with a pair of screw eyes and a metal rod from Home Depot. I found thicker screw eyes rated for 250lbs, and the right diameter solid metal tubing to fit in the eye. Probably a half inch or so. Less than $15 and it took about 5 minutes to put up. I had some foam pipe insulation left over so I cut that to slip over the rod and taped it so the slit wouldn't let it slip off of the rod. I weigh around 190, and I've done pullups from it with an additional 35lbs by holding a dumbbell between my feet.
